Training Coaching Focused Training Body/Health Improvements LD Fitness is located at 1730 London Line in Sarnia, Ontario. To get there, take the London Line exit off the highway and continue east. Our gym is on the left-hand side, easily accessible with ample parking available.

When you visit LD Fitness for the first time, be sure to bring your indoor running shoes, a water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes.
