What types of Pilates sessions do you offer?

We offer Pilates introduction private sessions for new clients, and then one-to-one or duet sessions tailored to your needs. We also run private classes and small personalised group classes that can focus on Pilates, ballet, or therapeutic movement.

Where and when do you train or meet?

For group classes, you train with small groups up to a maximum of five in the studio. If you want a private group class, you can choose a regular day and time outside the timetable that suits your group.

How do I join or book, and how do private group classes work?

You can book a Pilates introduction via our private sessions area. If you have a group of three to four friends or family members, enquire to arrange your own private group class and discuss pricing options.
