Our founder, Lauren Majarrs, is a highly acclaimed professional flamenco dancer, choreographer, and teacher. With over 15 years of experience in the Sydney flamenco scene and a deep connexion to her Spanish heritage, Lauren brings a unique blend of soul and artistry to her performances. Her impressive footwork and profound understanding of the music resonate through every step she takes.

Lauren's training has been influenced by renowned flamenco artists such as Adriana Rodriguez, Chachy Pealver, Alfonso Losa, La Lupi, Maria Juncal, Jose Maya, Rafael Estevez, Karen Lugo, Manuel Betanzos, Andres Pea, and Marco Flores. She has also performed in various theatres overseas, collaborated with local flamenco artists, and made national television appearances.

In addition to performing, Lauren is passionate about sharing her love and knowledge of flamenco through teaching. She conducts regular classes in Sydneys Inner West and has taught flamenco in South America during her time living there. Her dedication to her students and her ability to create a welcoming and inclusive class environment have made her a highly sought-after dance teacher.
