Lauren's fitness journey began like many others, with a lack of knowledge and jumping from one fad diet to another in an attempt to lose weight. However, after getting a personal trainer herself and experiencing the benefits of proper training and nutrition, Lauren fell in love with fitness. She lost 3 stone and started her own food page on Instagram, where she posted calorie and macro counted recipes to help others on their fitness journeys.
Motivated by the positive feedback she received, Lauren decided to pursue her Personal Training qualifications to further assist and support others. In addition to being a Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, she is currently studying three Level 4 Nutrition qualifications. Lauren strongly believes that nutrition is the key to success in health and fitness goals and aims to share as much knowledge as possible with her clients.
Lauren's main goal is to make her clients confident not only in exercising but also in taking control of their diet and lifestyle. She believes in empowering individuals with the knowledge of how to live a balanced, unrestricted lifestyle while achieving their fitness goals.
Upon an initial consultation, Lauren will gather information about each client's exercise history, lifestyle, work schedule, and fitness goals to design a personalised training programme. The programme is dynamic and adapted as necessary to ensure optimum progress. Each 60-minute personal training session focuses on specific aspects of the client's training programme, where Lauren teaches proper and effective training techniques. She aims to make each session fresh, fun, and enjoyable, increasing clients' confidence, motivation, and strength week by week.
Lauren's personal training package also includes online coaching, providing clients with full support both inside and outside the gym. Clients have access to video demonstrations and step-by-step written guides for each exercise, enabling them to complete their workouts with confidence.
