Classes are held every Monday from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Parkside Community Centre, 176 Goodmayes Lane, Ilford, IG3 9PP. For those in West Acton, sessions are on Tuesdays at West Acton Community Centre, Churchill Gardens, W3 0JN, with the adult class from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm and the kids' class from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
