We operate Grady White charter vessels that are Transport Canada Safety certified and equipped with washrooms for your comfort. Our passion lies in sharing our fishery with guests and creating lasting memories. We provide honest fishing reports to help you plan your trip with full knowledge of the fishing conditions. While we can't control the fishing, we will work hard to ensure you have a successful and enjoyable experience with us.

Our fishing season starts in April, where we fish Nanaimo, Nanoose, and French Creek until mid-June. We then move to Port Alberni and Bamfield to fish Barkley Sound and offshore for salmon and halibut. Barkley Sound offers amazing opportunities to see whales and other wildlife, adding to the adventure of your fishing trip.

We offer salmon and halibut fishing charters departing from Port Alberni to Barkley Sound, Bamfield, and offshore areas. These locations provide truly wild West Coast fishing experiences. In June and July, we target sockeye in the Alberni Inlet, offering a tasty and exciting fishing opportunity. We also offer Inlet Chinook and King fishing trips in late August and early September.

For those looking for multi-day adventures, we offer offshore halibut, ling cod, and salmon trips based from Bamfield. These trips include stays at local lodges and pick up and drop off from Port Alberni, saving you the long drive. Barkley Sound and Bamfield offer incredible wildlife viewing opportunities, with chances to see humpback whales, eagles, sea lions, and more.

In addition to our Port Alberni and Barkley Sound charters, we also offer salmon fishing charters departing from Nanoose Bay in the spring. These trips target Chinook salmon that stage in the east coast of Vancouver Island, providing a great opportunity for families and children to experience the thrill of fishing.
