In 2018, Lara became a certified Yin Yoga instructor, specialising in helping people with stress and anxiety.
She also holds a Safe Return to Exercise Certification (SRE) obtained in 2022, ensuring her clients receive safe and effective guidance during their fitness journey.
Lara's journey into the world of fitness and wellness began after her own personal struggle with health issues, including adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, and SIBO. Through her own healing process, she discovered alternative therapies such as hypnotherapy, acupuncture, and functional medicine, which inspired her to further her education and become a Life Coach. Lara's personal experiences also extend to her own motherhood journey, as she underwent the challenges of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery, including complications such as 3C tearing and a levator avulsion, as well as postpartum depression. These experiences have fueled Lara's determination to help other mothers navigate through these stages with support and guidance.
Lara specialises in various areas to meet the unique needs of her clients. She offers pre and postnatal rehabilitation, focusing on helping mothers regain strength, mobility, and core stability. Lara also places a strong emphasis on posture improvement and pelvic floor health, recognising the importance of these aspects in overall well-being. Additionally, Lara provides guidance and support in gut health, body confidence, strength and conditioning, as well as addressing issues related to stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and brain fog.
