Tony, the organiser, wants to give the sports community a heads-up about the fantastic Lampeter Sports Centre and Gym UWTSD, situated right on the Lampeter campus in the UK. This place is loaded with modern fitness gear, making it a friendly spot for everyone wanting to get a good workout in.
At the gym, members can expect a variety of equipment, from dumbbells and cross-trainers to resistance machines and kettlebells. Whether you're aiming to bulk up, work on your cardio, or just stay fit overall, this gym's got the kit you need.
The opening hours are pretty accommodating: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 9:00pm, and weekends from 10:00am to 1:00pm. So, there's plenty of time to squeeze in a session, no matter how packed your schedule is.
For those new to the gym, Tony suggests a supervised gym induction with one of the Health and Fitness team members. This induction will get you familiar with the equipment and safety guidelines. You can book your induction at the Sports Centre Reception. If you're already comfortable with gym gear and have done an induction before, you can simply sign an Induction disclaimer/waiver to start using the facilities right away.
