For those new to the gym, Tony suggests a supervised gym induction with one of the Health and Fitness team members. This induction will get you familiar with the equipment and safety guidelines. You can book your induction at the Sports Centre Reception. If you're already comfortable with gym gear and have done an induction before, you can simply sign an Induction disclaimer/waiver to start using the facilities right away.
