Aaron Lamb, the face behind LAMBS Fitness in Thame, Oxfordshire, wants to share a bit about what LAMBS Fitness offers to the local sports community. Aaron’s been around the block, whether you're just getting started or have been at it for years, he’s got something for everyone. From helping you get better at your sport to making sure you don’t get injured, he’s on it.
Aaron has been into fitness for over a decade. He’s kicked around in many sports and even aimed to join the Royal Marines. Though he didn’t make it due to a medical discharge, he didn’t let that stop him. Aaron polished his skills further with a Level 3 Personal Training course in 2021 and a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach course in 2022. He’s bringing all that real-world know-how to your training.
Since moving to Thame, Aaron’s not just been another face in the gym. You might catch him at the Racquets Fitness Centre, where he’s one of the tried-and-true Personal Trainers. He’s also a familiar face on the field with Thame Football Club and Thame Runners.
Aaron's got a decent list of qualifications, including being a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach and a Level 3 Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer. He also dabbles in squash coaching at Level 1 at Racquets Fitness Centre.
