For parents who want to work out but need childcare, our Crche service is available. This allows parents to enjoy their workout while their children are taken care of in a safe and supervised environment. Best of all, Crche is free with a gym membership.

Lakeside Fitness Centre is located within the Lakeside Baptist Church complex in North Lake. Our opening times are Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 10:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.
