Lake of the Woods Speedway in Kenora, ON is gearing up for an adrenaline-pumping start to the 2024 season with the much-anticipated Sunday Season Opener event. The lineup includes action-packed races featuring 4-Cylinders, WISSOTA Pure Stocks, and WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds that are sure to keep you on the edge of your seat.
For those interested in joining the excitement, admission prices are set at $15 for adults, $10 for ages 13-17, $5 for ages 6-12, and children under 5 get in for free. The fun begins with hot laps kicking off at 4:00 pm, followed by the first race starting at 4:30 pm.
If you're looking to participate in the action as part of the pit crew, you can easily pay your fees online at kenora.speedwaiver.com. Pit fees are $25 for car/driver and $25 per pit crew member over 13, $10 for ages 6-12, and free for children under 5.
Just a heads up, when heading to the grandstand gate, remember that all payments are cash only. Also, please leave outside food, drinks, alcohol, and coolers at home as they are not allowed on the premises.
