The Lake District Ski Club is thrilled to invite all skiing enthusiasts to join us for an exciting skiing event in the breathtakingly beautiful Lake District. We can't think of a better way to enjoy your favourite sport than surrounded by stunning natural landscapes.
To partake in this event, individuals can either become members of the club or opt for a guest pass. Our membership is valid from October 1st each year, and it costs £50 per season. However, if you set up a direct debit for payment before October 1st, you can avail a discounted rate of £50.
Alternatively, guests can choose to purchase a day pass for £20, allowing them access to our facilities for the day. However, please keep in mind that on exceptionally busy days, access may be restricted to members only. We prioritise our members to ensure everyone has ample space to ski and enjoy their time on the slopes.
It's worth mentioning that only members with car passes are permitted to use our convenient car park at the Greenside mines. So if you're planning to bring your own transportation, don't forget to secure a car pass for a hassle-free parking experience.
But wait, there's more! As a member of the Lake District Ski Club, you'll also enjoy discounted rates at Yad Moss and Weardale. Weekdays (excluding weekends and bank holidays) provide the opportunity to ski at these fantastic locations for just £10. Moreover, members of these clubs are also welcome to ski at the English Alps for the same price, with a small transportation requirement from Glenridding.
Please note that currently, the Lake District Ski Club is not accepting new memberships. However, if you're eager to join, we have a waiting list available. Simply follow the provided link, and if any membership spaces become available, we will let you know. We wouldn't want any enthusiastic skiers to miss out!
