Jess Rosart, originally from Canada and based in London, has over 15 years of coaching experience from Artistic Gymnastics to CrossFit. She believes in doing the basics extremely well and prioritises technique and mechanics. Jess is passionate about strength training and enjoys a bagel, coffee, and running along the Thames.
Chelsea Eddy-Waland, the founder of Fell CrossFit, discovered CrossFit in 2015 with the vision of sharing its positive impact. A gymnastics expert and lover of heavy lifting, Chelsea brings a keen eye for detail to her coaching. Her passion lies in combining fitness with the beauty of the Lake District.
