Donna Elcock welcomes you to Ladies Only Ltd, a training gym in Rochdale. Since last March, Donna has taken on the role of owner and manager, utilising her twelve years as a personal trainer at LOL to enhance services for the women of Rochdale.

Ladies Only Ltd isn't just a gym; it's a place where women come to improve their health and fitness in a supportive environment. Whether your goal is to get fit or lose weight, the gym offers a positive space for you to achieve your targets.

The team at Ladies Only Ltd is made up of knowledgeable female fitness staff. They're committed to personalising routines to suit your individual needs. They offer tailored programmes, 30-minute workouts for busy schedules, and are GP Referral qualified. The team also provides diet advice and optional weekly weigh-ins to keep track of your progress.

For those with specific health concerns, specialist training is available, including for chronic lower back pain and respiratory disease, as well as cancer rehabilitation. Non-members can benefit from Body Checker Appointments to measure key fitness indicators. Specialist Level Belt Pro training is also available for improving core stability and back issues, with professional weighted hula-hoops for sale.

Additional services include vibration training sessions at £3 per session using Vibrostation, Juice+ products, reflexology Red Bed, and Collagen Red Light Therapy.

Membership options cater to various needs and goals, from short-term to long-term. Members have access to free classes like Extreme Boot Camp, HIITS, ABS Blast, Kettlebell, Legs, Bums and Tums, Pelvic Floor, Dance Fit Class, and Gentle Aerobics. Non-members can join these classes for £3 each.

Ladies Only Ltd welcomes women of all ages and fitness levels. Understanding that lifestyle changes can be challenging, the gym offers a complimentary session by appointment to help you get started.

The gym's opening hours are Monday and Wednesday 9:00 am to 7:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 am to 7:30 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 7:30 pm, and weekends 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Parking is available at Council Pay and Display, free for up to 3 hours from Monday to Saturday, and completely free on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
