Brooks Swim School invites all interested ladies in Luton to join our swimming lessons. Whether you are a complete beginner, an intermediate swimmer, or someone looking to improve advanced techniques, our lessons are tailored to meet your needs.
The lessons are held every Wednesday at Keech Hospice, offering convenient timings at 6.30pm and 7.15pm. Each session lasts for a refreshing 45 minutes, giving you ample time to build your skills in a comfortable environment.
To make the most of your swimming journey, we offer a block of 6 lessons for £58. These lessons focus on stroke work, covering essential techniques such as front paddle, front crawl with breathing, backstroke, and breaststroke. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step of the process, using aids like noodles and floats to help you isolate and improve specific parts of your stroke.
But that's not all! Our lessons also include crucial life-saving skills like floating, gliding, treading water, jumping and diving, personal survival in deep water, and surface diving. We want you to feel confident and empowered in the water, mastering your strokes and becoming a safe swimmer in deep waters.
Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to enhance your existing skills, our lessons cater to a wide range of learners. Our supportive environment encourages you to push your boundaries and unlock your true potential.
Please note that our upcoming spring block, from 3rd January to 6th March, is currently fully booked. However, we have a waiting list available, so be sure to contact us and secure your spot.
