Lac Viet Badminton Group

Lac Viet Badminton Group is a social badminton club located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, specifically in Blair Athol. The club welcomes individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. It is open to the public, and no membership is required to participate.

The cost to participate in the club's sessions is $5 per person, except Sundays, when the fee is $10. The club offers various playing times throughout the week to accommodate different schedules. The sessions are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm, and on Sundays from 2pm to 4pm.

Lac Viet Badminton Group boasts three badminton courts available for use by its members. The club also provides racquets for use at no additional cost. Plastic shuttles are provided free of charge from Monday to Thursday. However, players are welcome to bring their own if they prefer to play with a different brand or with feathers. On Sundays, feather shuttles are provided at an additional cost of $5.

The club is open to families and children, although it may be challenging to arrange games for children under the age of 12. However, the club does offer the opportunity for children to have a hit with their family and friends by allocating them 15 minutes on a court.

While Lac Viet Badminton Group does not offer coaching services, it is affiliated with the Lac Viet Scout Group. As such, 100% of the club's profits go towards supporting this organisation.
