LA Gymnastics provides gymnastics classes in Monaghan for ages 3 and up, from beginners through to advanced level. The club supports training across the week and has members who compete at national and international level. Based at Unit 6, Newgrove Industrial Estate on Ballinode Road, LA Gymnastics also hosts birthday parties in its gym on Saturdays and Sundays for non members.
