Kids' classes are held on Mondays from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm, while adult classes take place on Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, and Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Additionally, the school offers an exclusive “Fight Club” training session on Wednesdays, which is by invitation only.
