As the Founder and President of the World Karate Council M Kyokushin, Hanshi Shivaji Ganguly has established Kyokushinkai India with its headquarters in Kolkata, ensuring democratic operations under a dedicated committee. Shihan Shibayan Ganguly serves as the Secretary and Chief Coordinator, promoting a sense of unity and discipline among members.
