In October 2014, the Vancouver City Council approved the Kokoro Dance Theatre Society as the primary tenant of the community amenity space at 111 West Hastings Street, now known as KW Studios. The space has since been renovated and improved with over $900,000 worth of upgrades to create dynamic and creative spaces for dance, theatre, music, rehearsal, production, and recording purposes.
