Jessica has been involved in volleyball for over 15 years as both a player and coach. She has represented Victoria as a player and has coached at various levels, including schools, clubs, and state teams.
KVA Future Stars offers a range of programmes designed to cater to students of all skill levels.
1. Beginner Programme: This programme is designed for students who are new to volleyball or have limited experience. It focuses on foundational skills and helps students develop a love for the sport.
2. Intermediate Programme: For students who have some experience in volleyball and want to further develop their skills. This programme focuses on improving technique, game strategy, and teamwork.
3. Advanced Programme: Designed for students who have a strong foundation in volleyball and want to take their skills to the next level. This programme includes advanced training drills, game simulations, and competition opportunities.
4. Strength and Conditioning Programme: Our strength and conditioning programme is open to all skill levels and focuses on improving overall fitness, agility, and strength specific to volleyball.
Besides our regular programmes, we also offer holiday clinics and workshops to keep your children engaged in volleyball even during school breaks.
At KVA Future Stars, we believe in a holistic approach to coaching. Our main training facility is located at Keysborough College - Banksia Campus in Springvale South. The facility provides us with ample indoor space and modern equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable training experience for all our students. We also offer training sessions on Sundays at Brighton Primary School for added convenience.
