What classes and programs do you offer?

We offer Brazilian jiu jitsu and grappling classes for all levels, plus kids classes. We also run an introductory course and welcome both complete beginners and experienced grapplers.

Where and when do you train?

We train in Downtown Vancouver. You do not need to book classes, just show up to a timetabled class and we will assist you on the day.

How do I join or sign up, and is there a trial?

You can sign up through our Join Kuzushi link or view membership options. There is a free trial for adults and kids.
