Michael's training approach is straightforward and devoid of gimmicks or fad diets. As a new parent, Michael understands the challenges of incorporating fitness into a busy family routine and has experience supporting women on their pregnancy and postpartum fitness journeys.

Kurralta Fitness offers a range of services to cater to different fitness needs. Personal Training sessions are available for individuals or pairs, with customised goal setting and training plans to maximise results. Fitness assessments and progress checks are conducted every eight weeks to ensure clients stay on track.

For those who prefer a social training environment, Kurralta Fitness also provides Small Group Training sessions. These circuit-style classes, limited to a maximum of four participants, offer personalised training within a supportive and motivating group setting. Small Group Training sessions are held on Monday, Friday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

To make it easier for new clients to get started, Kurralta Fitness offers a complimentary initial consultation to discuss goals and create a tailored fitness plan. Additionally, first-time clients can enjoy their initial Personal Training session for free.
