Led by the esteemed President, Renshi Shabbir Ahmed, whose journey in martial arts began in 1987, the Kudo Association of Karnataka boasts a legacy of excellence. Over the past three decades, Renshi Ahmed has trained more than 50,000 students and achieved significant success in Karate, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Wushu. His dedication has not only earned him accolades but also inspired his students to win medals at national and international levels, fostering a new generation of martial artists.
The Association is on a mission to spread the purest form of Kudo to every village, town, and city in Karnataka, with the aim of creating world champions. The Karnataka state Kudo team has consistently excelled in national championships, securing over 80 medals and earning scholarships for their achievements. The Association's commitment to athlete development involves ongoing efforts to include Kudo in various sports departments and organizations like the Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports, Karnataka School Games, and the Karnataka Olympic Association.
To ensure continuous growth and learning, the Association conducts seminars across districts, bringing the latest techniques and updates to both coaches and players. These initiatives help athletes stay at the forefront of the sport, preparing them for national and international competitions with confidence and skill.
