K-Star Legacy is a highly successful Thai Boxing Academy located in Oldbury, Birmingham. Situated on the Hagley Road West, the academy offers a fully equipped Muay Thai Boxing gym. With two fully matted training areas, students can train in a safe and controlled environment. The gym boasts a full-sized, raised boxing ring, as well as a variety of light and heavy duty punching bags to help students improve their power and fitness.
In addition, there is a large selection of kicking/punching pads available for use during classes or open training to enhance accuracy and combination work.
At K-Star Legacy, the chief instructor is Damien Trainor, a two-time World Champion and renowned UK Muay Thai Legend. With 20 years of experience in Thai boxing in Birmingham, Damien has competed at the highest level worldwide. His goal is to share his knowledge of the sport and help his students realise their potential and achieve their goals.
