Krav Maga Watford is a reputable self-defence school dedicated to teaching Krav Maga, a non-competitive tactical self-defence system that originated in Israel. Krav Maga, which means “contact combat” in Israeli translation, combines various sports and martial arts disciplines such as boxing, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and now Tae Kwon Do.
Krav Maga has gained recognition for being a no-nonsense and highly effective form of defence that is specifically developed for real-world situations. The techniques and methods taught at Krav Maga Watford are straightforward to learn and execute, making it a suitable self-defence system for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
Led by Dave Sealey, a 2nd level Krav Maga Instructor and Honorary President of the WKMA (World Krav Maga Association), Krav Maga Watford operates under the umbrella of Garston Tae Kwon Do. Additionally, Dave Sealey holds a 5th Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, showcasing his expertise and dedication to martial arts.
Krav Maga Watford offers classes every Monday evening from 7:30pm to 9pm, providing a convenient schedule for students. The school welcomes new students who are interested in learning self-defence and improving their confidence and personal safety.
