Our adult self-defence classes are held in Baldock on Monday, Biggleswade and Luton on Tuesday, Stevenage on Wednesday, and Dunstable on Thursday evenings. For our younger students, we offer Krav Cadets (junior) classes in Luton and Stevenage on Saturday mornings, with additional classes in Baldock on Monday evenings and Biggleswade on Tuesday evenings.
