Led by Cheuk Lai, a Graduate Instructor with over 25 years of experience and certification from the British Krav Maga Association, the club offers classes for both beginners and intermediate levels.
The classes cover the full Krav Maga curriculum as recognised by the British Krav Maga Association, accommodating all fitness levels and abilities. Safety is a priority, so instructors should be informed of any health concerns.
To get started, prospective students need to book a trial class and arrive at least 10 minutes early. Bring water, a towel, and appropriate sportswear. Training shoes and gloves are also a plus.
Classes run on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with easy booking available through the club’s website.
