Our trial and regular classes are held at two convenient locations – Kensington and Chichester. If you're in Kensington, you can join us every Tuesday and Thursday for an exhilarating session. On the other hand, if you reside in Chichester, we've got you covered with classes every Monday.
To secure your spot in a trial class, all you need to do is complete the provided form and pay a small £10 fee. We want you to come prepared, so don't forget to bring along your water bottle, gym clothing, and a towel. We've got everything else covered!
