The founder, Stefani Kostoff, holds a BFA in Dance Performance and has a deep love for teaching ballet. With a background in ballet, Highland Dancing, and Jazz classes, Stefani's passion for dance led her to pursue a degree in Fine Arts at York University. After becoming a Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance, Stefani has been providing high-quality ballet training in Port Hope and surrounding communities.
Stefani believes that ballet is for everyone and encourages her students to work towards technical excellence while nurturing confidence, creativity, and artistry. Many of her former students have gone on to pursue professional dance careers or have found success in other fields, crediting their time at Kostoff Ballet Studio for their achievements.
