Additionally, the spin classes are open to all fitness levels and are designed to push participants to their limits, getting the most out of every ride.

Located at 812A John Marks Avenue in Kingston, Kopifit offers various membership options to suit different lifestyles and budgets. From drop-in rates to punch cards and monthly memberships, there is a flexible option for everyone. The Mind Body Spirit membership includes unlimited access to all classes except spin classes, while the Mind Body membership includes unlimited access to all classes, including spin classes.

For those new to spin classes, Kopifit offers complimentary 1-on-1 lessons prior to the first spin class. Additionally, the gym encourages early sign-ups for classes, requiring a minimum of 24 hours notice and at least two members signed up to run the class.
