And the lineage of our instructors. Our club is named after Si Jo Kong On, who was a highly respected master in the art of Choy Lee Fut Buk Sing Kung Fu. Si Jo Kong On's son, Si Tai Gung Kong Hing, continues to carry on his father's legacy and is the head instructor at our club.
We offer a variety of programmes for different age groups and skill levels. Our adult programme focuses on teaching traditional Chinese kung fu techniques and forms, as well as practical self-defence skills. We also have programmes specifically designed for kids and kinder-aged children, where they can learn the fundamentals of kung fu while having fun and improving their coordination and discipline.
One of our unique programmes is Martiability, which is dedicated to teaching martial arts skills to individuals with disabilities. This programme is tailored to the abilities of each individual and provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for them to learn and grow.
In addition to our kung fu programmes, we also offer Lion Dance classes, where students can learn the traditional Chinese cultural performance of lion dancing. This unique art form combines acrobatics, martial arts, and music, and is a great way to experience Chinese culture.
We take great pride in our club's welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. We believe that martial arts should not only teach physical skills but also enhance personal development and well-being. Our instructors, Sifu Blake and Simo Luka, create a warm and friendly environment where students can feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
We have received fantastic reviews from our members and their families who have experienced firsthand the positive impact our club has had on their lives. Our programmes not only teach martial arts skills but also instil valuable life skills, such as self-confidence, inclusivity, and commitment.
Sifu Blake, one of our instructors, believes that kung fu is not just about punching and kicking but also about embracing the rich culture and movement concepts that enhance everyday life. He strives to empower his students to succeed not only in their martial arts training but also in other areas of their lives.
