Kirsty Rose, our passionate organiser and certified STOTT Pilates Instructor, offers private and group classes in Pilates, yoga, and meditation. You'll find her sessions held across our vibrant city.

Kirsty started her Pilates journey back in 2004 during her professional dance training. After a decade of dancing, she turned to Pilates to help rehabilitate her body and decided to retrain as an instructor. Kirsty aims to educate and guide her clients in using proper muscles, strengthening their bodies, and improving overall movement.

Thanks to consistent practice, Kirsty’s been injury-free for eight years. Her love for dance led her to pursue a BA HONS 2:1 Degree in Contemporary Dance & Musical Theatre. She kicked off her career as a professional dancer in 2007 and certified as a Pilates instructor in 2015.

Her teaching experience spans from local gyms and small studios in Bristol to corporate classes all over the UK with Nuffield Health. She even took her expertise to Dubai, working with a variety of clients, including athletes and busy parents.

Now back in Bristol, Kirsty offers private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions, as well as small group sessions. Each programme is tailored to fit individual needs, focusing on correct technique and basic Pilates principles for a full-body workout.
