Kio Saint Laurent

Welcome to Kio Saint Laurent Karate Club Inc. , a renowned karate club in Saint-Laurent established in 1971, and officially associated with the borough since 1974. The club's mission is to promote the practice and educational values of traditional Shotokan karate. Since 2021, Kio has expanded its offerings to include the practice of Okinawan kobudo, traditional martial arts weapons.

Kio is affiliated with various organizations and offers a comprehensive program that caters to all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Training sessions are available throughout the week, from Monday to Saturday, providing students with the flexibility to choose classes that suit their schedule.
