Lee, along with his wife Emily Mellor, runs this cosy fitness studio, offering personal training, small group sessions, massage therapy, and rehabilitation services. Their mission is to help you reach your fitness goals, focusing on both your physical fitness and mental well-being.
The studio is well-equipped with modern facilities and boasts a team of seasoned trainers. Lee, the owner and head coach, brings years of experience and a passion for fitness. He’s always updating his skills to ensure you get top-notch coaching. Outside the studio, Lee enjoys road cycling, mountain biking, and hill walking.
Emily, who has an Army background, discovered her love for fitness during her service. She designs classes suitable for all fitness levels and likes to keep them fun, especially her spin sessions. When not at the studio, Emily loves spending time with her family, horse riding, and staying active.
For those who enjoy high-intensity workouts, the spin classes at Kinneil Fitness are ideal. They cover endurance, strength, intervals, and recovery using specialised indoor bikes. If you're targeting body development and physical performance, strength and conditioning classes are available, focusing on overall fitness including plyometrics, speed, agility, and core stability.
The studio also offers British Weightlifting classes where participants can delve into Olympic weightlifting, improving their strength, flexibility, and coordination. Additionally, Kettlebell classes provide a back-to-basics workout that promotes functional fitness and delivers a comprehensive exercise session in a shorter time frame.
