Kingsbury Taekwondo Club, based in London, is the place to be if you're into the traditional ITF style of Taekwondo. The club's run by Keiron Henderson and Dipesh Mistri, who are all about passing on those solid Taekwondo moves and values. Keiron and Dipesh have sharpened their skills directly in Korea, training with former students of General Choi, making sure you're getting top-notch training right here in the UK.
They've got a packed schedule with classes throughout the week. Mondays kick off from 7pm to 9pm, with beginners at 7 and the pros hitting the mats from 8. Wednesdays are longer, running from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, with a similar split - newbies at 6:30 and the more experienced from 7:30. Saturday mornings are all about the beginners, with a class at 10am.
