For the adult beginners out there, Tuesday evenings from 6.30 to 7.30pm are the perfect time to get started. It's never too late to learn, and our experienced instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of Tae Kwon-Do.
If you're a junior looking to improve your skills, the Junior Intermediate class also takes place on Tuesday evenings from 6.30 to 7.30pm. This is a great opportunity to progress in a supportive and encouraging environment.
For those advanced students who are looking to take their Tae Kwon-Do skills to the next level, Tuesday evenings from 7.45 to 8.45pm are dedicated just for you. Push yourself and learn from our highly skilled instructors.
But wait, the fun doesn't stop there! On Thursday evenings, we have a Junior Beginners class from 5.45 to 6.45pm, catering specifically to children aged 5 to 10 years old. It's never too early to instil discipline, focus, and self-confidence in our young ones.
And for those looking for an intense workout session, join us on Thursday evenings from 7.00 to 8.30pm for our Work-Out Session. Get ready to sweat and challenge yourself physically.
All classes are taught by the one and only Master Mark Farnham, a 7th Dan expert in Tae Kwon-Do. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, you'll be in safe hands as you embark on your Tae Kwon-Do journey.
It's important to note that for the Work-Out Session, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to prepare yourself physically and mentally for the intense workout ahead.
