Vigor Coaching presents the King Valley Challenge, an exhilarating multi-sport event that promises a day of adventure in the stunning King Valley. Get ready for the 15th edition of the challenge happening on November 10th, 2024, on a Sunday for the very first time!
Starting off at 9am at Lake William Hovell, participants will tackle a 15km run on a rugged 4WD track alongside the beautiful lake and King river, leading into the Alpine National Park. Following the run, get ready for a 12km kayak on the serene waters of Lake William Hovell, with breathtaking mountain views all around.
The challenge continues with a 39km road ride along the scenic King river, followed by a final 3.6km run on a gravel track offering a spectacular view of the valley. End the day at Powers lookout with the presentation ceremony starting at 2pm.
Participants are encouraged to train regularly in their chosen disciplines to prepare for the challenge.
