Cayla, a PEI native, discovered her passion for coaching and community at a young age and has since pursued a career in fitness training. Ryan, a longtime member of Kinetic Fitness, obtained his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification in 2020 and is dedicated to helping members succeed in their fitness journey. Julie, born and raised on PEI, has a deep-seated love for outdoor activities and is committed to helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle.
