KINESISdance, founded by Helen, is a dance school in York that's all about welcoming everyone, from age 4 upwards. Helen, who's got loads of experience in Contemporary Dance, Performance Arts, and Education, leads the classes with a focus on helping folks build their technique, confidence, and creativity.
They offer something for everyone. Kids and teens aged 4-16 can dive into street and contemporary dance styles, and adults have their own street and contemporary classes too, whether solo or in groups. If you're prepping for your big day, Helen’s there to guide you through a private first dance lesson that'll wow your wedding guests. For those with specific physical needs or seniors wanting to stay active, there are low-impact and chair-based classes, plus dance fitness tailored for the over 60s.
KINESISdance also gives you a chance to showcase your moves. With workshops, performances, and special events, there's always something to get involved in and challenge yourself.
