Kinesic Sport Lab, located in Halifax, is a high-performance training facility designed for everyday athletes looking to take their fitness to the next level. Established in January 2013, KSL offers a range of exercise-related testing and consulting services to help individuals reach their fitness goals.

In Winter 2024, KSL has partnered with Cornerstone Naturopathic in Upper Tantallon, NS, to provide state-of-the-art VO2max testing at their facility. VO2max is the ultimate measure of cardiovascular fitness and endurance, allowing individuals to customize their exercise regime to match their body's unique needs. This testing is suitable for anyone looking to invest in their health and longevity goals.

The team at Kinesic Sport Lab is led by Ashley Zahavich, MSc, RN, CSEP-CPT, and Jeffery Zahavich, PhD, CSEP-CEP, ChPC. Ashley's diverse background in exercise psychology, nursing, and health research, along with Jeff's expertise in kinesiology and exercise physiology, ensure that clients receive top-notch training and guidance.
