Founded by an experienced personal trainer, Kin3tic Performance uses a science-based training and nutrition system to support your fitness journey. James and his team are dedicated to helping clients achieve life-changing results. They offer a 10 Week Transformation Programme tailored to individual needs and goals. Enrolment is now open, but spaces are limited.
Kin3tic Performance has several membership options to suit different preferences. Their premium membership gives access to a spacious training area during specific hours. For those interested in structured training, enhanced memberships are also available, which include small group sessions.
The gym provides a variety of training services, including 1-2-1 training customised for individual goals, micro PT classes for a more personal touch, and studio cycling classes for those who love high-intensity cardio. 🚴♂️
James is proud of their facility, which spans 4000 square feet. With a limited number of memberships, they ensure the gym is never overcrowded, and trainers are always ready to assist. The facility includes two squat/deadlift bays, fully adjustable cable crossovers, iso-linear plate-loaded weights machines, a separate free weights area, and a 22-metre, 2-lane indoor track. They also feature a studio cycling area, a full range of cardiovascular equipment, and a designated bodyweight training area.
For the convenience of members, there are private changing and shower rooms.
In addition to training, Kin3tic Performance offers sports massage therapy. Their experienced therapists can help with muscle soreness, injury recovery, and overall performance.

Premium membership is £53 per month, offering access from 5:00AM to 9:00PM on weekdays and 6:00AM to 7:00PM on weekends. Enhanced membership, which includes small group training, is available for £70 per month.
