KADS was founded by Kim Annette in 1987 as the Kim Annette School of Dance. Today, KADS is led by Kim's daughters, Director Amber Orchard and Junior Director Shea Thomas, who continue the legacy of providing exceptional dance education in a welcoming and supportive family atmosphere.

The studio has a strict no bullying policy, ensuring that all students feel safe and included.
