Grand Master Richard Hudson, who’s taken home titles as a British and World Champion, leads the way here. He brings his top-notch expertise in various martial arts styles to the table.
KickFit's classes are a mix of Kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do, and Silat. They aren't your typical classes; you’ll be training with folks who’ve been at it for ages, and before you know it, you’ll be kicking butt too. It’s all about learning real-deal techniques that you can use to protect yourself straight away.

Grand Master Richard’s credentials are nothing short of amazing. He’s trained with Grand Masters in the Philippines and original students of Bruce Lee in the UK and USA. He’s developed his own fighting styles that are recognised by the top Grand Masters in the Philippines. In his career, he’s nabbed numerous accolades, from being a Super Heavyweight World Champion to holding titles such as Kru, Sifu, and Black Belt in multiple disciplines. He’s also well-versed in over 30 defence weapons and is top-notch in self-defence and fitness training.
