One of the things that sets us apart is our affiliation with WAKO, the World Association of Kickboxing Organisations. Our kickboxing classes take place twice a week at our dedicated Hildenborough Dojang. And excitingly, we have plans to add more classes in the Spring of '23, so keep an eye out for updates!
We cater to various age groups to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and can progress at their own pace. For students aged 7 to 13 years, we have a specially tailored kickboxing program. As they transition into secondary school, their confidence grows along with their physical strength, so we provide a separate age group to meet their evolving needs. This is when training becomes more physical, with a greater focus on bodyweight strength and fitness. We encourage lots of partner and group work, fostering a sociable, friendly, and supportive environment.
For adults and teens aged 14 years and above, we're proud to have a diverse range of students, each with their own starting abilities. Our beginners often remark on the welcoming and friendly atmosphere that our classes provide. No matter where you begin your journey, we'll support and encourage you to progress at your own pace. Many of our adult students have found lasting friendships through kickboxing, both in and out of the studio.
