Ki Aikido Dojo in Auckland teaches Ki Aikido, a mind-body martial arts practice focused on relaxation, ki development and calm movement. Classes suit people of any age and fitness level, with beginners welcome and a free first class. Training combines warm-ups, Ki development, Aikido techniques and a breathing or meditation exercise, aiming for personal growth in a non-competitive environment. Led by Cristian Filimon Sensei, the dojo emphasises practical mind-body coordination for everyday life.
