KG Elite Performance is a College/Fitness centre located in Castletroy, offering top-quality strength and conditioning courses for aspiring fitness professionals. The National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning (NCSC) course is the industry standard qualification in Ireland, providing participants with the knowledge and skills needed to become successful strength and conditioning coaches. The course is broken down into Phase 1 and Phase 2, focusing on fundamental principles of training and advanced methods for working with elite athletes.

In addition to the NCSC course, KG Elite Performance also offers a Youth Strength & Conditioning Certification (YSCC) course for those interested in specialising in youth athletic development. Participants in this course will learn how to safely and effectively train young athletes, focusing on coordination, movement skills, speed, strength, and power. The Youth Athlete Pyramid (YAP) framework is used to guide participants through the foundation, development, and performance phases of youth athletic development.
