The National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning (NCSC) course is the industry standard qualification in Ireland, providing participants with the knowledge and skills needed to become successful strength and conditioning coaches. The course is broken down into Phase 1 and Phase 2, focusing on fundamental principles of training and advanced methods for working with elite athletes.
