At Kettlercise Corby, Emma knows how to get women moving. Based in Corby, UK, this female-only fitness group specialises in kettlebell classes to help women boost their fitness and hit their health goals.

On Mondays, classes are held at the Great Oakley Community Hall on Lewin Rd, Great Oakley, Corby. Choose from two slots: 5:20 pm – 6:10 pm or 6:30 pm – 7:20 pm, each costing £6.00.

Wednesdays, head over to Weldon Village Hall on Bridge Street, Weldon for a session from 6:00 pm – 6:50 pm, also £6.00.

For those who prefer exercising at home, Kettlercise Corby provides online classes at £30.00. Join live sessions or access recordings whenever it suits you – five new classes every week over six weeks make it a great deal at just £1.00 per class.
