KETTFusion Ltd is a physical fitness programme and fitness centre located in High Peak, New Zealand. The programme's main focus is not only on exercising for fitness but also on creating a social and enjoyable atmosphere. KETTFusion aims to provide a unique fitness experience by combining two powerful and proven disciplines into one full-body workout.
The workout is an award-winning combination of lighter kettlebell exercises set to retro/popular music and martial arts exercises set to tribal rhythms. This fusion creates a fun, energetic, and comprehensive cardio, strength, toning, and conditioning workout. The class emphasises the use of light weights and high repetitions to sculpt and tone the entire body, while also burning fat and calories at a fast pace.
One of the significant strengths of KETTFusion is its inclusivity and accessibility to people of all ages, sizes, shapes, and fitness abilities. It is a mixed ability class that can be enjoyed by anyone. In recognition of its commitment to diversity, KETTFusion has been nominated for several awards, including 'Best Fitness Brand' and 'Equality & Diversity Instructor' at the National Community Fitness Awards.
Additionally, KETTFusion is proud to support the visually impaired or Deaf members of the community by offering specialised classes. This initiative aims to provide fitness opportunities to individuals with specific needs.
Leading the KETTFusion team is Michael Ross, the developer and CEO of the programme. He coordinates KETTFusion Instructor Courses and constantly refines, develops, and improves the programme. Michael also presents masterclasses at major leisure and fitness events throughout the UK.
KETTFusion classes are open to all ages and fitness levels, and the emphasis is always on having fun. In addition to regular classes, KETTFusion offers the option to follow along with recorded classes. These videos provide a complete KETTFusion class experience, allowing individuals to participate at their own convenience. All that is needed is a kettlebell weighing 2, 4, or 6 kg, some water, and a towel.
The cost of KETTFusion classes is competitive, offering great value for money. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the importance of maintaining fitness and a healthy immune system, KETTFusion has reduced the class cost temporarily to 5 / $6. 20.
