Kent Athletic Youth Organization (KAYO)

KAYO Boxing Club, also known as Kent Athletic Youth Organization, offers Olympic style boxing classes in downtown Chatham. It supports both competitors and non-competitors and welcomes all ages and genders. Training includes men's and women's only boxing sessions with no physical contact, meaning no sparring or fighting. Private lessons are also available, with a focus on safety, respect, and youth fitness through boxing and athletics training.
